I am a Senior Business Analyst with versatile experience on the job since 2006. I have acquired expertise over business process analysis and implementation, project management; and I have the ability to formulate innovative software solutions across various aspects of a business. I have over two decades of outstanding career experience with a group company, handling diverse businesses like ferrous and non-ferrous metals, retailing, manufacturing, share-broking and IT; along with developing effective techniques in change management.

Transforming your business processes requires creating a vision of the future state from your current state; and on to defining the business value for the project. To achieve this, first I will implement Business Process Management (BPM) within the organization, including analyzing and documenting existing business processes, identifying areas of improvement based on best practices, developing and implementing BPM plans, and managing the changes and mentoring staff through the change process.
