I have acquired expertise over business process analysis and implementation, project management; and I have the ability to formulate innovative software solutions across various aspects of a business. I have over two decades of outstanding career experience with a group company, handling diverse businesses like ferrous and non-ferrous metals, retailing, manufacturing, share-broking and IT; along with developing effective techniques in change management.
